Kaiya is located along highly coveted Highway 30A where everything — and everyone – in South Walton County, Florida come together. With ample sunshine and accommodating temperatures, life here is ripe with recreational options.

Biking

Biking is a regular means of transportation in South Walton. Bike rentals are readily available, as are bike lanes, trails, and many bike-friendly communities with connecting trails. A 19-mile paved bike path runs along Highway 30A, right past Kaiya’s front yard. An extension is planned to continue the route on the eastern side of Watersound Parkway to Panama City Beach.

Paddle Out

Paddle boarding is an integral part of the 30A lifestyle. A family-friendly activity that everyone can enjoy, our partnerships with local tour guides provide a safe and relaxing means of exploring the area waters. From Western Lake to the Santa Rosa Sound, and even the Gulf of Mexico, the adventure awaits.

More than 40% of the local lands are protected, placing five state parks close to Kaiya. Amenities vary at each yet all offer an amazing view of Florida’s unspoiled wilderness. These parks are in Point Washington, Grayton Beach, Camp Helen, Topsail Hill, and Eden Gardens.

Tee Time

Golfers will appreciate Kaiya’s proximity between two excellent courses, Camp Creek Golf Club and Santa Rosa Golf Club. Both are only a few miles away, giving you an advantage on an early tee time.

Experience

Sixteen distinct beach neighborhoods line South Walton’s shoreline, each offering restaurants, shops, events, and more. Many of these communities have been recognized for their world-class amenities and originality. The two closest to Kaiya are Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach.

Whether you cast your line from the beach, a pier, or a deep sea charter, fishing is available year round, and the locals are generous with advice. Pompano is the most popular fish in this region of the Gulf of Mexico.
